Festa can accommodate upto 15 members-> 11

Good to know

Inclusions:

Vehicle rental, driver and cleaner allowances. Wifi, smartTV, music surround 360 degrees camera. Kitchen: Induction stove, microwave, refrigerator.

We encourage you to get your blankets, bed sheets, pillows in the view of the corona. But we do have some on board for emergencies. Night stay in the vehicle.

All cooking is possible in caravans with microwave, small refrigerator, induction stove. However, you need to carry grocery and do the cooking. Cleaner will help with washing up etc.

Driver and cleaner‘s allowance, who will drive, maintain and clean vehicle and operate all equipment. 4 hrs/ day of AC operation using onboard generator when vehicle is parked.

Exclusions:

Fuel throughout the trip is extra. Full tank will be provided on day one which needs to be refilled at the end of the trip. A limit of 500km * No. of booking days is applicable Extra kms will be charged @ ₹75.

Tolls, parking and any other extra charges will be applicable as per actual price. Food cost, including supplies you may need to cook food in caravan.

Any entrance fee, permits for any areas, or sightseeing, camera fees any cost of activity like paragliding or white water rafting, any IMPORTANT cost not specifically mentioned in “inclusions”.

Other Policies

Booking details will be confirmed only on payment of 20% of total trip cost. This
is NON REFUNDABLE in case of trip cancellation by the client. One rescheduling is
possible, if the caravan is available on new dates.
Rest 80% has to be paid one day BEFORE the journey starts.
Any extra payment for running over 500 km/ day or use of AC and generator
when parked, will have to be settled at the end of your journey.
