Nature’s Spot – Beautiful Farm Stay

We are into catered accommodation. The tariff is on ‘room-only’, but we provide opportunity
for the tourist/guest to purchase food at an additional cost. Facilities includes room, restaurant, housekeeping, leisure facilities, entertainment etc. we facilitate a deep cultural tourism experience.

Other Activities

(A) Kayaking:  water sport that involves paddling using a double-bladed
oar and a small boat. Accommodates a single paddler. Kayak in a low water lake is
safe, still we provide lifejackets.

(B) Football: Enjoy the sport in the vast paddy field.

(C) Shuttle Badminton: A separate place is allotted for the badminton players with the
net, shuttle badminton racket, and cock.

(D) Cricket: Bat and ball will be provided

(E) Fishing: There is a small pond which is meant only for fishing. Fishing rod will be
provided.

(F) Indoor games: There are so many games to explore and have fun
sitting in the dining area.

Rules & Policies

(A) We are not responsible for the damage or loss of your personal belongings inside our premises.

(B) Request to use the toilets in case you are feeling nausea/ill and want to throw up. If a guest throws up on the sheets, inside the house or any of the furniture, you will incur additional cleaning charges of Rs.1000/- per location in the premises

(C) Please do not damage the property; this includes the tableware, cutlery, crockery, linen, walls, furniture etc. The guests are liable for the cost of damage to the property

(D) Do not throw food, bottles or plastic articles into the water area, on the lawn or in the farm house premises. We also request guests to use waste bins placed in all the rooms to dispose garbage

(E) No Drugs, Gambling and rave parties. STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED

(F) Any deviation in adding extra person to the group over & above the actual booked persons an additional amount of Rs 1000/- per person will be charged subject to if we are able to accommodate

(G) We expect the Guests to abide & respect the Laws of the land as applicable

(H) Please note that Government Excise laws permits to store in the premises IMFL up to 4.50 litres ( 6 bottles of 750 ML each)and Beer/wine up to 6.50 Litres ( 12 beer bottles). You should obtain PERMIT from excise department in case you are carrying the quantity beyond the permissible limit, breach of Law as per Excise rules would attract legal implication, it is the Guests responsibility to adhere to the law of the land and deviations if any would be the sole responsibility & liability of the guests

(I) We encourage family and corporate groups with families and married couples on priority, bachelor Men's groups are accepted restrictively to some extent after verification.

(J) Please note the entire farm house and the community is covered under CCTV surveillance and this coverage is in the interest of security to residents/hosts & guests. (CCTV recordings are automatically deleted at a particular frequency and we do respect guest’s privacy)
