The villa features a swimming pool with a kid’s pool that has a unique water feature - Seahorse Showers. A kitchen space that has necessary equipment like a fridge, freezer, kettle, washing machine, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas stove with oven, pots, pans, cooking utensils, crockery, and cutlery are all provided; not forgetting mixer, chapatti roller and pressure cook, firm essentials for Indian cooking. The living room is equipped with sofas, coffee table, television, book library, board games, and magazines are also available. The well-lit dining room has an 8-seater hand-carved Portuguese-style table and a garden with sun loungers & art mural depicting traditional Goan life and also has a barbecue facility. Safety Measures

All common spaces, rooms, and bathrooms will be disinfected before check-in with industrial-grade disinfectants.

Switches, handle, and furniture will be sanitized with industrial-grade phenolic disinfectant.

The kitchen and sink area will be disinfected with Dettol multi-purpose disinfectant spray, lime, and vinegar.

The villa is gated and has a nighttime security guard that patrols the region.

The perimeter of the property is under CCTV surveillance for additional security.

View Child/baby policy

Children between 0-5 years of age are accommodated on a complimentary basis.
Children between 6-12 years of age can avail of the child policy.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation are made 30 days before the date of travel then 15.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 15 days to 30 days before the date of travel then 25.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 7 days to 15 days before the date of travel then 50.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
If cancellation are made 0 days to 7 days before the date of travel then 100.0% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees

Refund Policy

Refunds in the Roadiz wallet will be transferred within 3 business days.

Cash Refunds once initiated, usually take around 5-7 business days to get transferred to the same account through which the payment is made.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking.

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
