Kesar Villa – Kullu

Kesar Villa is a unique property, having an exotic location, surrounded by the Himalayan mountain ranges and it is beside a forest. Remember you are beside a forest not inside a forest as you are in an Apple Orchard, you will feel close to the nature yet you are not so far from the town, as what it defines this Villa. It is about 1.2 Km or we can say 5 minutes motor ride or 10-15 minutes walking distance from the main market of Naggar. Naggar is an ancient village known for its historic monuments, cultural heritage and mesmerising natural locations. It is a niche tourist destination liked by all group of tourists joining adjacent Manali and Kasol (or we can say this place is a bridge between these two widely popular tourist destinations).

Rules & Policies

Customer intending to vacate between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM should settle their account before 8:00 AM.

The management reserves the right to give any resident a notice to vacate The Villa for failing to settle the bills on presenting or for behaving in a manner to cause annoyance to other residents, staff and management.

Any resident staying away from the room overnight should give prior intimation.

Advances must be paid on demand otherwise; management reserves the right to terminate the sales contract if any made initially.

Under no circumstances will duplicate keys be issued. Guests will have to bear the cost of replacement of the lock in case the key is lost.

Guests are requested not to disturb the other occupants.

No cooking will be allowed in the room, use of electric kettle or any other electric appliance apart from provided to use as per contract/deal will result into electricity charges over the bill of the lodger.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the booking, 25% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the booking, 100% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.

Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Roadiz wallet.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 12 hours of successful booking.
