KATKUNI MANALI is a 8 bedrooms luxury villa situated in village HARIPUR of Manali on Naggar Manali road , just 12 km short of manali on left bank. Nestled on a higher elevation it has 360 degree breathtaking views of hills and snow clad mountains around. The cottage had been built in a traditional kathkuni architecture with modern layout in bedrooms and living area. Open lawn, wide balconies , ample parking, high speed internet, and indoor games are some of the amenities in the cottage . Cottage has in-house fully equipped kitchen with chef, helper, housekeeper and a caretaker to take care of all its esteemed guests. Cottage is perched among a huge orchard with fruit-bearing plants like apple 🍎, plums, pears and cherry 🍒. There is a small beautiful village around where village walks are arranged by the cottage caretakers. The walk ends near a stream where small cafes cater to the needs of people for light food n snacks. Naggar castle, Roric art gallery and museum, Jogni falls, rafting and paragliding points are few minutes drive from the cottage.

If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the booking, 25% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made 15-30 days before the start date of the booking, 50% of the total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
If cancellations are made within 0-15 days before the start date of the booking, 100% of total booking cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
Refund Policy
The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days

Booking Confirmation Policy
