Itinerary

Day 1 - Arrival at the Campsite

Arrive at the campsite by around and check-in by 03:00 PM. Walk around the vicinity and explore the location on your own.

Once you are settled down, tea and snacks will be served in an hour or two.

Ice Breaking & Team bonding activities will be organized by or representative.

Enjoy soothing music and a lively bonfire at the campsite that would be ready in the evening after dark.

Enjoy the unlimited dinner at the camp while enjoying the beautiful evening. If you feel like spending more time gazing at the sky and its stars, all the time and space will be yours.

Day 2 - Check-out from the Campsite

Wake up early in the morning before sunrise to enjoy the beautiful sunrise right in front of your camps.

Go for a walk near the riverside for yoga & meditation.

The breakfast is served around 9 AM

You may check-out from the camps by 11:00 AM.

The space

You will be staying in tents on a multiple sharing basis. The tents are as new as they can get, and equipped with all the comfort you need.
-2/4/8 people sharing a tent can be provided depending on the group size.
-Stay would be there in shades if it rains.

Other Activities

You can indulge in various team-building activities like cricket, volleyball, badminton, and many more. And as the sunset, a well-lit bonfire (dependent on season) with some light music awaits you to cheer you up for the star-lit night with delicious dinner.

Cancellation Policy

If cancelled prior to 48 hours of day of the activity: Full refund.
If cancelled within 48 hours of the day of activity: No refund.

Refund Policy

The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Roadiz wallet as Roadcash

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 24 hours of successful booking

In case the preferred slots are unavailable, an alternate schedule of the customer’s preference will be arranged and a new confirmation voucher will be sent via email.

Alternatively, the customer may choose to cancel their booking before confirmation and a full refund will be processed.
