Beautiful Farm house stay-with swimming pool near Hyderabad

The farm stay is a NON-A/C farm house with 2 bedrooms and a Big living room and SPA room (private use) surrounded with lawns ,private swimming pool ,separate BBQ enclosure & outdoor Pantry on a half acre land and can accommodate a max of 10 guests for overnight stay, it has to be noted that it's NOT A RESORT with facilities like play area for cricket/TT/Billiards room etc and sharing with strangers but a private farm house stay experience with a private pool & it's all yours during your stay

Guest access

The guests can have access to the entire farmhouse except for SPA ROOM & PROJECTOR and other optional facilities as listed

Rules & Policies

FOR OVERNIGHT STAY

Accommodation is provided for a max of 10 guests considering the existing infrastructure & comfort of our guests.

MUSIC SYSTEM

We DO NOT provide music system, however guests can bring their own music system (small units) if desired, subject to playing of music with less decibels and the same to be stopped playing by 22.00 hrs.... TO BE ADHERED STRICTLY
Make sure the volume/sound of the music system is in control, should not create disturbance to the neighbours & the Decibel levels should be low, the guests are responsible in case of non-compliance, however playing of music system is not permitted STRICTLY beyond 22:00 Hrs in compliance of statutory laws

FOOD & BEVERAGES

Please carry sufficiently your entire food & Beverages along with disposable plates and glasses; we do have electric Micro wave wherein you can heat up your food

COOKING

If you have plans to cook, we do have a pantry outside the villa near the BBQ enclosure and any cooking has to be done in the pantry located outside the villa, Guests need to bring their own kitchen equipment's/ utensils including Gas (stove provided), in case you need gas cylinder they are available on hire, you need to inform our caretakers and the amount towards hire charges of Gas cylinder may be directly paid to them.

DOOR DELIVERY

Delivery of food services are available from nearby FAMILY DHABA located which is around 6 kms from our farm house on NH 44 from 7 AM to 11 PM, further there is a close by SHACK catering Vegetarian items for your urgent needs (contact details will be provided during check-in)

BARBEQUE

We have a separate BBQ enclosure beside the pool, the guests can bring their own veg/non veg marinated stuff and Coal & prepare ON THEIR OWN, we do provide Skewers/brush/mesh and our care takers will also light up the coal, we encourage the guest to utilize the facility.

CARETAKERS

Caretakers are meant for housekeeping and general maintenance of the farm only and they are available from 10 AM to 10 PM

DRINKING WATER

RO water purifier Drinking water is available, however guests are advised to bring along some water bottles/cans as a precaution in case there is power failure

SWIMMING POOL

The immediate & minimum depth of the pool is 4 feet 6 inches & Maximum depth is 5 feet 6 inches, as a precaution the water level in the pool is always kept one foot below the surface level below handle bar levels as a safety measure. The guests are responsible in case of any eventuality & therefore they are advised to take care of children & advised not to dive. We would not be responsible for any injury incurred in the pool/ nearby the pool or anywhere in the SASHAS Farm Stay premises.

SMOKING

Smoking in any form (Cigarettes/Hookah/Sheesha etc) is not allowed however cigarette smoking is permitted OUTSIDE the villa

PETS

Pets are not allowed inside the House. However, we do have some place in the lobby for pets outside the house premises (Please check with the facility before booking).

TOWELS

We do provide linen & Towel for overnight stay guests only for max of 10 guests. We DO NOT provide towels & toiletries for day bookings therefore please ensure to bring your own towels if you wish to have a dip in the swimming pool

WIFI

WiFi facility is not available due to poor internet speeds & connectivity problem (there are plans to have a separate tower to cater our winter green community)

PROJECTOR & SPA ROOM

For private use only, GUESTS ARE STRICTLY NOT PERMITTED TO HANDLE/MEDDLE WITH THE EQUIPMENT'S/ GADGETS

GENERAL INFO

(A) We are not responsible for the damage or loss of your personal belongings inside our premises.

(B) Please do not take away towels, blankets, bed linen, Projector, DVD Player etc. You will be charged double the cost with penalty if any of the above are found missing.

(C) Request to use the toilets in case you are feeling nausea/ill and want to throw up. If a guest throws up on the sheets, inside the house or any of the furniture, you will incur additional cleaning charges of Rs.1000/- per location in the premises

(D) Please do not damage the property; this includes the tableware, cutlery, crockery, linen, walls, furniture etc. The guests are liable for the cost of damage to the property

(E) Do not throw food, bottles or plastic articles into the pool, on the lawn or in the farm house premises. We also request guests to use waste bins placed in all the rooms to dispose garbage

(F) No Drugs, Gambling and rave parties. STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED

(G) Any deviation in adding extra person to the group over & above the actual booked persons an additional amount of Rs 1000/- per person will be charged subject to if we are able to accommodate

(H) We expect the Guests to abide & respect the Laws of the land as applicable

(I) Please note that Telangana Government Excise laws permits to store in the premises IMFL up to 4.50 litres ( 6 bottles of 750 ML each)and Beer/wine up to 6.50 Litres ( 12 beer bottles). You should obtain PERMIT from excise department in case you are carrying the quantity beyond the permissible limit, breach of Law as per Excise rules would attract legal implication, it is the Guests responsibility to adhere to the law of the land and deviations if any would be the sole responsibility & liability of the guests

(J) We encourage family and corporate groups with families and married couples on priority, bachelor Men's groups are accepted restrictively to some extent after verification.PLEASE NOTE: we DO NOT Entertain students, unmarried couples/boys & girls mixed group are subject to verification by our community security & police patrol teams.

(K) Please note the entire farm house and the community is covered under CCTV surveillance and this coverage is in the interest of security to residents/hosts & guests. (CCTV recordings are automatically deleted at a particular frequency and we do respect guest’s privacy)

(L) Our check-in timings are from 12 noon onwards and upto 22.00 Hrs and thereafter the guests will not be able to check-in since the winter green community gates will be closed due to security reasons

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is surrounded with other Farm houses & Kuchavaram railway station.

If you are an early riser you can be lucky some times to view peacocks early morning hours in the adjacent forest land
