Things to Know

Itinerary

Day 1 -

* Arrive at meeting point by 1pm
* Cycling starts by 2pm post introduction and briefing
* Cycling ends by 4.30pm
* Arrive at camp spot by 6.30PM
* Dinner at 8.30pm
* Campfire at 9pm

Day 2 -

* Breakfast at 9am
* Henceforth the tour comes to an end

Stay

* Accommodation in tents on sharing basis

Meal

* Dinner on day 1 and breakfast on day 2
* Dinner will either be Chapatti or Kerala Porotta and Chicken / Veg curry
* Breakfast will either be Dosa or Masala Dosa or Poori Masala or Idli Vada

Things To Carry

* Jackets/ sweater
* Cap/hat
* Comfortable shoes
* Water bottle -1 litre water bottle is sufficient as fresh water is easily accessible in the place
* Flashlight with extra batteries
* Sunglasses and sunscreen lotion
* It is essential that each person carry a copy of their photo ID when coming for the tour. Any person arriving without ID is likely to be rejected from the tour
* Foreign nationals are required to mail us a copy of the passport at least a week in advance to the start of the tour

Advisory

* Consumption of alcohol or any other intoxicating products is strictly prohibited during this trip.
* For safety purposes, do pay heed to the guidelines given by the instructors.
* Plastics must be disposed off in the appropriate manner.
* Kindly do not litter and scatter plastics and bottles on the roads. Please carry the trash and dump at your place of stay.
* Take care of your belongings such as mobile phones, wallets and cameras.
* Room can be arranged at an extra cost for freshening up.
* A group requires minimum 4 people to partake in the event.
* Places mentioned may change depending on the season and permission from the
concerned departments of Government.
* Any meal preferences must be informed at least 2 days prior to the commencement of the       tour.
* Add-ons would likely change the itinerary of the trip.
* Separate tents will be provided for Boys and Girls.
* Do not expect luxury as this is an adventure tour.
* Any damage caused to the equipment or property(s) is likely to be fined.
* Kindly do not litter and scatter plastics and bottles on the roads.

Booking Confirmation Policy

The customer receives a confirmation voucher via email within 15 minutes of successful booking request.

Cancellation Policy

* If cancellations are made before 7 days prior to the booked date, 40% of the booking
amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
* If cancellations are made between 3-7 days prior to the booked date, 60% of the
booking amount will be charged as cancellation fee.
* Henceforth, the package does not qualify for any refund.

Refund Policy

* The applicable refund amount will be processed within 10 business days
* All applicable refunds will be done in traveller's Roadiz wallet as Roadicash
